With four apartments – Melo, Melograno, Mandarino, and Granaio – the property is perfect for groups of friends or families who want to experience Tuscany together without giving up personal space.
Outside, guests can enjoy private access and parking, a private pool overlooking the valley, a patio equipped with a gazebo, tables, and a barbecue, and independent entrances to the apartments, allowing for a stay of complete freedom and comfort.
Melo
Melo is one of our most spacious accommodations Located on the first floor, it is accessed via the typical external staircase of a Tuscan farmhouse and features a kitchen, dining room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and two single-bed rooms, one of which has a private bathroom.

Granaio is a charming independent two-story house, named after its original function as a storage place for grain. On the ground floor it has a kitchen/living room open space with a small but useful utility room and a spiral staircase that leads to two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and to the bathroom. An outdoor staircase leading directly to the double room provides a second access to the apartment.
